If you are unable to move your character in-game, try using the [Escape] or [To Nearby Town] functions to get out of the situation.

1) Escape

In [Main Menu] > [Settings] > [Account], you can find [Escape], which will move you to the starting point of a nearby area.

2) To Nearby Town

Press [To Nearby Town] located on the right side of the mini-map to move to the nearest town.

You cannot use this feature when you are already inside a town.
