How to Delete User Data:
1. Deleting Black Desert Mobile User Data
- Tap on the (≡) icon at the top-right of the screen, then tap on [Settings] at the bottom of the screen, and finally tap on [Delete Account].


2. Terms and Conditions for Deleting an Account
- Once selecting to delete your account, a 7-day grace period will pass before the account deletion is finalized.
- During this grace period, it will still be possible to cancel the deletion of your account.
- Once the account is fully deleted after the 7th day, in order to protect all of the user's identifiable information, it will no longer be possible to provide assistance for any of the account's game history or restore any items.
※ Once the above conditions are completely understood and you still wish to delete the account, you may then tap [Delete Account].

3. Deleting Guest User Account Data
- Tap on the (≡) icon at the top-right of the screen, then tap on [Settings] at the bottom of the screen, and finally tap on [Delete Account].
- Additionally, unlike accounts that have been synced to Google, Facebook, etc., guest accounts will have data stored to your phone.
- Deleting the Black Desert Mobile Game, deleting the cache, or either factory resetting or changing your phone will remove all game data.
