To ensure the best possible gaming experience for our Adventurers, Family creation will be limited on certain servers. You are free to create a new Family on the other servers.

The extent of this limitation for each server may vary depending on the playability and various conditions of each server.

- Players from soft-launch countries will still be able to access and play the game as usual on the Calpheon server if they had already created a Family before the restriction.

- You will still be able to create new characters for the same Family if you had already created a Family on the restricted servers despite the Family creation limit.
