Greetings,
this is the Black Desert Mobile Service Team.

New account registration on the BDM Test Server is restricted for guest accounts and accounts created through external platforms.

However, we have confirmed an issue where new registrations using guest accounts were possible on mobile devices following the Apr 14 (Tue) maintenance. During this week's update maintenance, we will apply a fix to block such registrations on mobile devices.

Accordingly, all Families newly created on the test server using guest accounts will be deleted during the 4th week of April maintenance.

To access the test server, please complete [BDM Test Server] Apply for Access from the Character Selection screen on the live server. Once completed, you will be able to log in to the test server using the same account you use on the live server.
