Greetings, Adventurers.
Since the maintenance on August 19 (Tue),
account creation and guest account link using LINE was disabled.
As previously announced, after the maintenance on September 16 (Tue),
you will no longer be able to access the game using a LINE account. To continue playing, you must link your account to either Google or Apple.
For more details on how to change your LINE account link after the September 16 (Tue) maintenance, please refer to the information below.
How to Link Your Account
1. Tap the LINE icon on the top right.
2. Select your account's region.
3. Log into the game.
4. Choose the platform to link your account to—Google or Apple.
※ You will not be able to change to another platform again, once you change the account link.
You will be logged out once you finish linking to your Google or Apple account. Please log in again with your newly linked account to continue playing the game.

FAQs
Q. I am currently using a LINE account. By when do I need to change my account link?
A. You may change your account link to another platform until further notice.
Any future changes, such as the addition of a deadline, will be announced in advance.
Q. When I try to change my account link, I get the message: "A Family is already linked to the account. Please select another account." What should I do?
A. The account you selected is already linked to a Family.
Only one Family can be linked to an account. Please select either a Google or Apple account that has not been used to create a BDM account, or unregister the account before linking.
※ Please note that once you link to a new account, you cannot change it again.
Q. A pop-up window says "Selected account is already linked with a Family. Please select another account," but I haven't created any characters with that account.
A. An account becomes linked to Black Desert Mobile once you select it on the login screen and agree to the Terms of Use.
Since you have already selected that account and agreed, it is now linked.
You can proceed with one of the following options:
[1] Create a new social media account
You may create another account depending on the social media platform.
※ For example, Google allows creating multiple accounts.
[2] Unregister account and submit a 1:1 inquiry
If you wish to change the account link to a previously registered Google/Apple account,
please log into the game with that account, create a character, then delete your account at the [Settings] menu.
Account deletion takes 7 days after the request is submitted. However, if you are deleting the account in order to link your LINE account to this social media account,
please log in with that account and submit a 1:1 inquiry to Support. We will do our best to process the deletion within 24 hours.
※ Family linked to deleted accounts cannot be recovered.
※ After deleting the account, if you log into Black Desert Mobile with the same Google/Apple account, [Agree to Terms of Use] pop-up window will appear.
※ Please follow the account link change process before agreeing, as a new Family will be created with that account if you agree to the Terms of Use.
Q. I accidentally changed my LINE account to the wrong Google account.
A. It is difficult to move a Family to another social media account once it has been linked.
Q. I am being asked to create a new Family after changing the link.
A. If you log in with a social media account that is not the linked, a screen prompting you to create a new Family will appear.
Please double-check that you are logging in with the correct linked account.
