■ New Family Name: REST+Numerals

※ All Adventurers whose Family names are reset will receive a Family Name Change Coupon x1 via the in-game mailbox on the day of the reset.

[Unaffected Family Names]

The following Family names are not subject to reset even if no record of access within 365 days is confirmed. 

1. Family names of Adventurers permanently suspended due to violation of the Operational Policy
2. Family names of Adventurers in the form of "REST+Numerals", even if the said Adventurers have not accessed their account for at least 365 days as of Aug 19, 2025 (Tue)

[Please Note]
- Family names that have been reset can be reused immediately without the 30-day grace period.
(Changed or withdrawn Family names can be reused after 30 days, just as before.)
- Family Name Change Coupons can be received via the in-game mailbox by Aug 19, 2035 (Sun).
- The new Family name will take effect during the next update maintenance once the coupon is used.
- After the reset, the previous Family name cannot be restored.
- Adventurers who do not wish for their Family names to be reset are advised to log into the game before the maintenance on Aug 19, 2025 (Tue).
- Accounts will still be subject to reset if only the official forum has been accessed and not the game itself.
- Reset Family names will not be announced separately in order to prevent sniping a specific Family name.

With the UNITED SERVER update, Adventurers from various regions will come together on one server to begin their journey.
To ensure a more pleasant gameplay environment, new restricted words will be added.

These restricted words cannot be used in Family names, character names, or guild names,
and any names that contain newly added restricted words will be automatically reset.

■ Schedule: Addition of restricted words and name reset during the maintenance on Aug 19, 2025 (Tue)
■ Subject: Adventurers with Family names, character names, and guild names containing newly added restricted words
■ New Names:

※ Adventurers whose Family name, character name, or guild name is changed due to the new restricted words will receive Family Name Change Coupon x1, Character Name Change Coupon x1, and Guild Name Change Coupon x1 via the in-game mailbox on the day of the reset.
※ If any Family, character, or guild name changed after the Aug 12 (Tue) maintenance contains a restricted word added after the Aug 19 (Tue) maintenance, the same name reset process will be applied.
In such cases, names must be changed again using the provided Change Coupons, and we ask for your understanding.

[Please Note]
- Family Name Change Coupons, Character Name Change Coupons, and Guild Name Change Coupons can be claimed via the in-game mailbox by Aug 19, 2035 (Sun).
- Once a Change Coupon is used, the new name will be applied on the next update maintenance.
