Thank you to all Adventurers for your great interest and participation in
the first Fortress Battle test held from Sep 2 (Wed) to Sep 4 (Fri).
We have made several improvements based on the feedback we received through the post-test survey and will hold an additional Guild Participation test on Sep 16 (Wed).
This additional test will reflect Adventurers' CP from the live server.
Read on for more details.
◈ Reduced the time required to summon a mount after combat ends.
With Fortress Battle taking place across a larger battlefield than Node/Siege Wars, reaching a destination quickly is especially important. To help you get into the action faster, your mount can now be summoned immediately after revival, and the time required to summon a mount while out of combat has been reduced from 30 sec to 15 sec.
◈ Added information about occupied objectives to the top of the screen.
After occupying objectives such as Outposts, Smelters, and Lumber Mills, they may come under attack while your guild is attacking a Fort. Previously, you had to open the map to check their status. Information about objectives occupied by your guild is now displayed at the top of the screen, allowing you to monitor them at a glance without opening the map.
◈ Added messages that provide updates on the state of the battle.
Your guild must defend your Fort for the same amount of time that took to occupy it to finalize the occupation. A notification was added to show how much time remains until the occupation of the Fort is finalized. Additionally, amid the chaos of battle, it was sometimes difficult to tell which guild had defeated the Red Dragon of the Battlefield and gained its powerful buff. A message identifying the guild that defeats the dragon has been also added to the top of the screen.
◈ Improved auto-pathing after occupying Battle Nodes, Forts, and other objectives.
After capturing a Battle Node or Fort, you can open the map and select a destination to automatically travel to the next area according to your Guild Master's orders. Auto-pathing routes were improved to allow for smoother travel.
◈ Siege objects can be deployed using resources at any node your guild occupies.
Previously, resources were stored only at the node where they were obtained and at the adjacent Fort and War Camp, and could not be used at nodes that were not connected on the World Map. Resources can now be freely used at any node your guild occupies, allowing you to deploy siege weapons more flexibly based on the situation on the battlefield, such as to effectively block enemy advances.
ㆍAny additional changes will be detailed in future patch notes.
We also incorporated as much of the feedback submitted through the survey as possible to provide a more stable battle experience in the next test.
◈ You can participate in the Fortress Battle test using your character's CP from the live server.
ㆍAn Emblem will be provided. Equip it to match your CP on the live server.
ㆍCP is rounded up to the nearest 1,000 and may therefore differ slightly from your actual CP on the live server.
ㆍThe Emblem grants an additional 1,000 CP on top of your CP on the live server.
ㆍThe minimum CP on the test server will be set to 91,000.
