To provide a further update on the ongoing login issues in America server, we would like to inform that this has been confirmed where the root cause is originating from MS side. 

While this issue is being resolved through communicating with them, our team is actively preparing a separate countermeasure now to address and resolve this situation as quickly as possible. 

We will provide additional details and further guidance regarding this matter shortly.
