This is a list of in-game known issues that have been discovered as of July 2026.
We will continuously update this notice as issues are discovered and resolved.
※ This notice has been uploaded with the first update maintenance of the month and is continuously updated as issues are discovered or resolved.
※ Please note that issues confirmed as normal gameplay after further investigation will be excluded from the list without separate notice.
Known Issues
An issue where rewards from the paid Season Pass cannot be claimed immediately after purchasing the Season Pass.
※ You can claim the rewards by accepting the first Season Pass quest with your Season Character.
- An issue where the points earned occasionally display as 0 after defeating an Adventurer's Specter in Night of Vengeful Souls or Black Sun.
Resolved Issues
- An issue where the following classes cannot open Level Up packages even after leveling up
ㆍHashashin, Archer, Fletcher, Shai, Sura, Mystic, Solaris
ㆍThe item has been temporarily disabled for use.
ㆍThe item will be fixed and usable on the expected update maintenance on July 14(Tue)
ㆍThe issue where the previous class names are displayed on the tooltip of the items will be fixed on the scheduled maintenance on July 21(Tue).
- [Nova] An issue where attacks from the Queen summoned by the "Star's Breath" passive apply Knockdown.
- An issue where some buff information is displayed in Korean in the buff list when certain classes' passive effects are activated.
- [Scholar] An issue where using Gravity Field under certain conditions would not deploy the Gravity Cores.
- [Giant] An issue where the Seismic Blast skill deals less damage than intended.
- An issue where the story "Master of the Great Ocean, Khan" cannot be progressed.
- An issue where the notification pop-up UI displayed before Black Sun and Night of Vengeful Souls begins appears abnormal.
- An issue where the "Matching in progress." message persists when matchmaking for Martial God Tournament with certain Enhancement menus open in Black Spirit's Influence.
- An issue where login is required every time when connecting to the mobile app.
- An issue where the completion message for the Test Server access application is displayed in Korean.
- An issue where Season Plus quests cannot be completed when no Adventurer Progression Log quest counts remain.
ㆍ Quests in the Season Plus category do not consume quest counts but require at least one available count to be completed.
ㆍ The questline can be progressed normally after receiving an Adventurer Progression Log Quest Ticket the following day.
