Greetings, Adventurers! This is the Black Desert Mobile Service Team.
The Class Remaster: Transcendent Classes update is scheduled to arrive with the Jul 7 maintenance.
Since the test server opened, we've seen many questions about the differences between existing classes and their Transcendent versions, as well as the new Skill Add-ons system.
To help answer them, we've put together this FAQ covering the topics Adventurers are most curious about.
Q. With more skills being added to Transcendent Classes, what will happen to my existing normal and Rabam skill levels?
Your existing skill progression will automatically transfer to the corresponding Transcendent Class skills based on your current skill levels. The conversion will be applied automatically, and no skill progression will be lost in the process.
You do not need to extract Skillbooks or take any additional steps. No action is required on your part.
Q. How do I increase skill levels for Transcendent Classes?
A. Normal and Rabam skills for Transcendent Classes can still be leveled up to Lv 10. For Lv 11–20, new ways to obtain Skillbooks will be introduced.
■ Skill Levels 1–10 (No Changes)
- Use Skillbooks obtained through existing methods to increase skill levels up to Lv 10.
■ Skill Levels 11–20 (New)
- Normal skills (Lv 11–20): Obtain the new Master Skillbook Chest by hunting in Adventuring Fervor zones with a recommended CP of 95,000 or higher.
- Rabam skills (Lv 11–20): Use Kabua's Tokens obtained from Rabam's Trials to purchase the new Master Rabam's Alchemy Chest from the Rabam NPC.

Any Kabua's Tokens and Rabam's Seals you currently possess will be reset when the update is applied and compensated as outlined below.

Q. Will the number of skill slots increase?
Q. What will happen to Memory Imprints with the Increased Skill Damage effect?
A. Necklace Memory Imprint with the Increased Skill Damage effect will be removed when the update is applied and redistributed as a Memory Imprint Selection Chest (Necklace).
The Imprints obtained from the Selection Chest will retain the same Increased Skill Damage value as before. All other effects will be set to their maximum values.
Please note that Unknown Memory (Necklace) items that have not been appraised will not be removed or redistributed.
After the Transcendent Classes update, appraising these items will have a chance to grant the newly updated Increased Transcendent Class Skill Damage effect.
Q. Are Succession Skills being removed? If so, what will happen to the "Succession Skill Damage" effect on the Charm of Succession?

Q. Will there be a more convenient way to set up Skill Sigils?
A. Yes. Auto Equip and Import features will be available to help streamline Skill Sigil setup. Please note that the functionality available with the Jul 7 (Tue) update will differ from additional improvements planned for a future update.
■ Features Available with the Jul 7 (Tue) Update
- Auto Equip All: Following the Jul 7 (Tue) maintenance, Auto Equip will automatically equip Skill Sigils in all available slots, regardless of your current Skill Sigil setup.
■ Planned Future Improvements
- Auto Equip Empty Slots Only: A new checkbox option will allow Auto Equip to fill only empty Skill Sigil slots while keeping your existing setup intact.
- Import Skill Sigils from Another Adventurer: When using the Import Skills feature, a new checkbox option will allow you to import the selected Adventurer's equipped Skill Sigil setup as well.
Q. I currently have both an Awakened and Ascended character of the same class. What will happen after the Transcendence update?
Q. Will I still be able to use my existing Class Change Coupons?
Q. What will happen to the Character Awakening/Ascension Coupons and Awakening/Ascension Weapon Transformation Coupons purchased from the Pearl Shop?
ㆍCompensation will be calculated based on Black Pearl purchases first, followed by Silver purchases.
ㆍCompensation will not be provided if no purchases were made with Black Pearls or Silver during the above period.
Examples:
- Purchased 10 Awakening/Ascension Weapon Transformation Coupons and left 5 unused (5 purchased with Black Pearls, 5 purchased with Silver)
ㆍ1,000 Black Pearls will be compensated.
- Purchased 10 Awakening/Ascension Weapon Transformation Coupons and left 10 unused (5 purchased with Black Pearls, 5 purchased with Silver)
ㆍ1,000 Black Pearls and 5,000 Silver will be compensated.
- Purchased 10 Awakening/Ascension Weapon Transformation Coupons and left 7 unused (5 purchased with Black Pearls, 5 purchased with Silver)
ㆍ1,000 Black Pearls and 2,000 Silver will be compensated.
Q. How will World Boss damage multipliers be adjusted?
