Early Notice: Skill Sigils

Greetings, Adventurers.

Last week's test server update included improvements and bug fixes related to Skill Add-ons. After reviewing your feedback and questions regarding Sigils, we'd like to share an early look at how they will be obtained when the feature arrives on the live server.

Currently, Chaos-grade Skill Sigils can be purchased from NPC Eileen in Velia on the test server. Once the update arrives on the live server, however, Skill Sigils ranging from Abyssal to Chaos grade will be obtainable naturally through gameplay.

To help Adventurers get started with the new system, we plan to provide enough Abyssal-grade Skill Sigils for every Adventurer to equip all available skills. After that, additional Sigils can be obtained through a variety of in-game activities.

One way to obtain them is through Crafting.
Abyssal Skill Sigils, which will be the first grade most Adventurers equip, can be crafted using Dimensional Fragments and Skill Sigil Fragments. Skill Sigil Fragments can be obtained from various content throughout Black Desert Mobile, and can also be acquired by having the Black Spirit absorb unwanted Skill Sigils.

Primal- and Chaos-grade Skill Sigils can also be crafted.
Primal Skill Sigils can be crafted using Chaos Cores, Dimensional Fragments, and Skill Sigil Fragments, while Chaos Skill Sigils can be crafted using Chaos Jewels, Dimensional Fragments, and Skill Sigil Fragments. Adventurers who have completed the Remastered Season and reached 60,000 CP or higher should be able to craft roughly four Chaos Skill Sigils per week under the current design.

Skill Sigils can also be obtained through gameplay.
Once you've received the initial Abyssal Skill Sigils, you'll be able to obtain not only Skill Sigil Fragments, but also Primal- and Chaos-grade Skill Sigils by participating in various content throughout the game.

For Chaos-grade Skill Sigils, we're planning to offer a Skill Sigil Selection Chest through Nightmare Monthly Achievements.

In addition, as Dimensional Fragments and Chaos Jewels will be used as crafting materials for Skill Sigils, the following temporary restrictions will be applied to the Market on the live server.

Please note that crafting recipes and acquisition sources may change before the update is released on the live server. We're aiming to make Skill Sigils available through content Adventurers already enjoy.
