Compensation for Extended iOS Maintenance
Greetings, this is the Black Desert Mobile Service Team.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delayed iOS App Store update.
The issue has now been fully resolved, and the game is once again available on iOS devices.
To make up for the downtime during the extended iOS maintenance, we'll be providing the following compensation and support.
Eligibility by Region
Americas
Logged in on iOS between May 18 (Mon), 22:30 – May 25 (Mon), 22:30 (UTC-8), and
Did not log in between May 26 (Tue), 02:30 – May 26 (Tue), 12:15 (UTC-8)
Europe
Logged in on iOS between May 19 (Tue), 07:30 – May 26 (Tue), 07:30 (UTC+1), and
Did not log in between May 26 (Tue), 11:30 – May 26 (Tue), 21:15 (UTC+1)
Asia
Logged in on iOS between May 19 (Tue), 14:30 – May 26 (Tue), 14:30 (UTC+8), and
Did not log in between May 26 (Tue), 18:30 – May 27 (Wed), 04:15 (UTC+8)
Compensation and Support
Event Participation Compensation
- Compensation will be provided for event rewards missed during the extended iOS maintenance on May 26 (Tue).
ㆍ Adventurers who already claimed the rewards between May 26 (Tue), 00:00 – 23:59 (Server Time) will not be eligible for additional compensation.
1. Roulette Ticket Missions
ㆍ Up to 225 Roulette Ticket Pieces
2. Collect Sprouting Leaves
ㆍ Based on Adventuring Fervor consumed on May 26 (Tue), 1 Sprouting Leaf will be provided for every 100 unused Adventuring Fervor.
3. Bingo Pass Missions
ㆍ Up to 200 Bingo Passes
4. Adventure with Your Pets!
ㆍ Up to 2 Tier 5 Pet Chest I and up to 2 Tier 6 Pet Chest I
※ Available only on the O'dyllita server for a new server-exclusive event.
Extended Maintenance Compensation
- Compensation will also be provided based on the length of the extended maintenance on May 26 (Tue).

Compensation for Adventurers Using Android Devices
- Adventurers who logged in during the extended maintenance period but are not eligible under "Eligibility by Region" will receive the following compensation:

Pearl Item Compensation
- iOS Adventurers whose Pearl items expired during the periods below will receive the affected items again via in-game mail.
ㆍ Adventurers will still be eligible even if the expired items are no longer in their inventory due to being sold or removed after expiration.
