Server Instability Issue [Asia]

The server equipment expansion work previously announced has now been completed.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused while using the game.

As a token of our apology, compensation will be sent to the mailboxes of Adventurers on the Asia server who experienced ongoing inconvenience. (March 28 (Sat), 16:35 (UTC+8))

We will continue to do our best to provide a stable service.

Since the Remaster and New Season update on March 17 (Tue),
many adventurers have been actively playing the game, and new adventurers have also been joining Black Desert Mobile.

As a result, server instability has been occurring continuously.
We sincerely apologize once again for the inconvenience caused.

We are doing our best to ensure stable server operations by expanding related infrastructure and thoroughly checking for potential issues.
We are currently in the process of adding additional server equipment.
Once this work is completed, we expect it will significantly reduce the load on the Asia server.

The work is expected to take approximately 2 hours.
There will be no impact on gameplay during the process; however, we kindly ask for your understanding that temporary instability may occur on the Asia servers at the time the work is completed.

We will continue to do our utmost to provide a more stable service.
