This is the Black Desert Mobile Service Team.
On Aug 19 (Tue), the O.N.E. August: UNITED SERVER update will bring together Adventurers from the Japan, Taiwan/Hong Kong/Macau, and Global (Asia) servers to embark on a new journey.
With the UNITED SERVER update, we will be adding a feature that allows you to link your LINE account to another platform for a more stable service.
After the maintenance on Aug 19 (Tue), you will no longer be able to link guest accounts or create a new Family using LINE accounts.
If you are currently playing with an account created through LINE, you’ll be able to use this feature to change your account link to Google or Apple.

Notice Regarding LINE Account Link
1. After the maintenance on Aug 19 (Tue), the following changes will be made to LINE accounts:
- You will no longer be able to create new accounts using LINE.
- You will no longer be able to link guest accounts to LINE.
- If you are currently playing with an account created with or linked to LINE, you will be able to change the account link to a Google or Apple account.
2. After the maintenance on Sep 16 (Tue), you will only be able to access the game after changing your LINE account link to a Google or Apple account.
- Adventurers using a LINE account are encouraged to link their account to Google or Apple before this date.

FAQs
Q. I am playing with a LINE account. By when do I have to change my account link?
A. While there is no deadline, LINE accounts will no longer be able to log into the game after Sep 16 (Tue), and must be linked to another platform in order to play the game.
Please change your account link before this date to avoid any inconvenience.
Any changes, such as addition of a deadline, will be announced through a notice in advance.
Q. When I choose the account to be linked, a message appears saying "A Family is already linked to the account. Please select another account." What should I do?
A. The account you want to change to is already linked with a Family.
Only one Family can be linked to an account. Please select either a Google or Apple account that has not been used to create a BDM account, or try linking after unregistering your account first.
※ Please note that once you link to a new account, you cannot change it again.
Q. I deleted the Family linked to the account after seeing "Selected account is already linked with a Family. Please select another account," but could not immediately change the link. How long do I need to wait until I can link to that account?
A. It takes 7 days to unregister your account after the request is submitted.
If you wish to link to the unregistered account, please wait until the process is complete.
Q. I changed my LINE account to the wrong Google account.
A. It is difficult to move a Family to another social media account once it has been linked.
Q. I am being told to create a new Family after changing the link.
A. If you log in with an social media account that is not the linked account, a screen prompting you to create a new Family will appear.
Please double-check that you are logging in with the linked account.
