Strengthened Measures Against Black Sun and Night of Vengeful Souls Content Abuse & Reporting Guide

Greetings, Adventurer! This is the Black Desert Mobile Service Team.
As announced at Heidel Ball 2025, starting from Jul 24 (Thu), we will intensify our monitoring of abnormal point acquisition through the use of multiple accounts in Black Sun and Night of Vengeful Souls.
Such actions are considered unfair practices that can negatively impact other Adventurers who participate normally. If detected, strong actions such as permanent account bans may be taken in accordance with the provisions of our Operational Policy shown below.
7. Table of Restrictions Criteria

If you encounter any such behavior while enjoying the content, please report it through [Customer Support Center - Report] on the forum. All reports will be thoroughly reviewed alongside our internal data to investigate and address any abuse.
[How to Report Abuses]
1-1. Click "Customer Support" at the bottom of the Black Desert Mobile forum.
1-2. Click “Submit an Inquiry" at the bottom of the Black Desert Mobile Customer Support Center.
1-3. Select “Report” from the categories.
2. Please log in with your Black Desert Mobile account.
* Please note that inquiries are not available for non-members.
3. Select “Content Abuse” in the inquiry category.
4. Please fill out the following fields and complete your inquiry submission.
1) Required: The content played, the date and time of the abuse, the Class of the reported player and any other characters involved, and the score of each character at the time of observation.
2) Optional: Screenshot or video (you may also attach a URL to the uploaded file on web storage, YouTube, etc.).
* Detailed written records and clear visual evidence, such as screenshots or videos, can greatly aid the investigation process of the reported behavior.
* Please refrain from submitting false or inaccurate reports. Repeated reports without a clear explanation of the event or evidence may disrupt the proper investigation of abuse.
In addition to reports from Adventurers, extensive internal monitoring will also be enforced during the content, and restrictions may be imposed on abusive behaviors detected in accordance with the Operational Policy.
We kindly request all Adventurers to refrain from engaging in inappropriate gameplay that may negatively affect other Adventurers. We at Black Desert Mobile will do our best to provide a fair environment for all Adventurers to enjoy the content.
