📄 How to use the coupon - Black Desert Mobile
1. Register in-game Settings > [Use Coupon] (Only in Android)
2. Register at [Use Coupon] in Black Desert Mobile Official Forum (Both Android & iOS)
- The same type of coupon can only be used once per Family before the expiration date.
- Coupons that have already been used cannot be registered.
- Some coupons cannot be used after the expiration date.
- There may be a delay in receiving the rewards after using the coupon.
- Check the Family name in in-game [Settings] - [Account] tab.
- When registering a coupon, the reward is attributed to the Family that used it, and the reward cannot be transferred to another Family.
- You must access the game within 7 days of registering the coupon and check your mailbox to receive the coupon rewards.
- The coupon rewards must be claimed from the mailbox within the expiration date.
❗ Please Note:
- 10-Time Calpheon Ball Lucky Shop Ticket can be used until the Lucky Shop closes on February 15, 2021 23:59 (Server Time).
- True/False Quiz Reward is sent to Adventurers who
- ‘Professional Outfit Exchange Coupon Chest’ can be used after scheduled maintenance after December 14, 2021.
- Level Exchange Coupon (Limited Time), Skill Extraction Coupon (Limited Time), Mystical Outfit Exchange Coupon (Limited Time), and Class Main Weapon Transformation Coupon (Limited Time) obtained from the coupon will be deleted after scheduled maintenance on February 8, 2022.
- Date written in Item Description will be changed after scheduled maintenance.
- Rewards sent to the mailbox after coupon registration will be deleted after 7 days. Please keep this in mind when using the coupon.
