📢 How to Register Coupons
① Make an account in the Pearl Abyss Store and order and purchase the Dark Knight figurine.
- Game coupons will be issued when payment is completed. (When placing an order via a virtual account, the coupon will be given after the payment is completed)
- The Dark Knight figurine can be purchased after signing up. (Cannot be purchased without an account)
  
② After logging in to the Pearl Abyss Store, go to My Page (face icon) > Game Coupons at the top right of the main screen.
  
③ Check the given game coupons and select the game platform to be issued.
- A coupon number that can only be used on each game platform will be issued. The coupon code cannot be changed after issuance.
- After the coupon number is issued, cancellation or refunds are not available.
  
④ The given coupon number can be registered and used on the Black Desert game coupon registration page.
- For information on how to register the game coupons you have received, please contact the customer center.

❗ Please Note
The Dark Knight figurine is limited edition and may sell out early.
It is the adventurer's responsibility to report and pay customs duties that occur when the Dark Knight figurine is shipped. For inquiries regarding customs declaration and payment of customs duties, please contact the Guru Company customer center e-mail (contact@gurucompany.co.kr) or the Pearl Abyss store talk channel, and we will provide detailed information.
The Dark Knight figurine is covered by insurance for any damage caused by the delivery company during delivery. If the product is damaged, we may request related info, such as submission of photos, to check the status of the damage at the time the product was received, in order to make a claim for compensation to the shipping company.
The game items given when purchasing the Dark Knight figurine are part of the product, and after receiving the coupon code, cancellations or refunds are not available.
We are not responsible for shipping accidents caused by the buyer's negligence, such as writing the wrong address.
