- Adventurers that have participated in the <Black Desert PC x Mobile x Console Heidel Ball > may have their face shown on promotional materials or on the official website. Please note that by participating in the event, you are agreeing to have your face shown in this manner.
- Only selected Adventurers can join the online audience of <Black Desert PC X Mobile X Console Heidel Ball >. Uninvited or 3rd party members will be removed and will be unable to join again.
- Online audiences must use the Zoom app in order to participate in <Black Desert PC X Mobile X Console Heidel Ball >. We will share more details on how to participate through a separate announcement for the Adventurers that have been selected to be part of the online audience.
- To ensure all Adventurers get a fair chance, please notify us if you cannot participate on the day of the event. You can contact Customer Support in the event that you are unable to do so.
- After the event period for this process ends, a notice via [Mail], Discord and an announcement through the Official Website will be made on June 16 (Wednesday). The announcement date can be subject to change.
- The content of the prizes can be subject to change, and may be done so without prior notice.
- Any online audience member that engages in inappropriate behaviour during the event may be removed immediately.
- The event period and details may be changed, edited, or cancelled at any time. Any changes made to the event will be announced through an upcoming event notice.
- In the event that there are game restrictions placed on a user for violating the Terms of Service before the prize is sent out, they will be disqualified and prizes will be withheld.
