6) The Company will provide prior notice to the User regarding the details of the Disciplinary Measures, the reason for the measures, and the method for submitting an appeal, through channels such as Customer Support or in-game mail. However, in urgent cases where immediate action is required, such notice may be provided after the measure has been taken.

7) If a Disciplinary Measure already in effect is modified as the result of a User's successful appeal, the duration of the new, modified measure will be applied retroactively from the date the original Disciplinary Measure began.

6. Submitting Reports and Appeals

1) Users may use the following channels to submit reports or inquiries regarding the Game Service. Appeals against Disciplinary Measures must be submitted via a 1:1 inquiry to Customer Support within fifteen (15) days of receiving of the measure.

7. Types of Disciplinary Measures

1) Warning: A notice from the Company providing a warning or advisory to the User regarding a violation. This may include, without limitation, mandatory changes to Character, Family, or Guild names; a forced logout from the Game; or a notification of a future restriction.

3) Permanent Restriction: A Disciplinary Measure that permanently revokes the User's access to the Game.

6) Game Data Adjustment: The modification, deletion, or resetting of any quantifiable data (such as items, currency, or Character/Family attributes) related to a User’s account that was acquired or affected by a violation.

7) Retrieval: In cases where a violation is deemed to have a significant negative impact on the game economy or other Users, the Company may delete or alter the quantity or attributes of any numerically quantifiable data related to the User's account (including experience points, contribution points, and items).

NOTE: Game Data Adjustment and Retrieval may be applied simultaneously. The scope of such measures will be determined by the severity of the violation. If a precise scope cannot be calculated, it will be determined based on reasonable and equitable standards.

8) Restriction of Customer Support Access: A Disciplinary Measure that restricts a User's ability to use Customer Support services, such as 1:1 inquiries, for a designated period.

8. Disciplinary Criteria

1) Any User who commits an act listed in the “Disciplinary Criteria Table” or “Chat Restriction Criteria Table” below, or otherwise violates the Terms and Policies or applicable laws and regulations, may be held legally liable and will be subject to Disciplinary Measures imposed by the Company in accordance with this policy.

2) The Company reserves the right to perform a Game Data Adjustment and/or Retrieval on any in-game benefits (including items, experience points, etc.) related to a violation of the Terms and Policies. For violations where the illicitly gained benefits are difficult to quantify (e.g., bug exploitation or use of unauthorized programs), the Company may delete the relevant game data or impose an account restriction. If a User no longer possesses the assets subject to removal, the Company may remove other items or currency of equivalent value, or may remove such assets as they are acquired in the future until the value is recovered.

3) If a User commits two or more violations of the Terms and Policies simultaneously, the Company may apply the Disciplinary Measures for each violation cumulatively, or it may apply the single most severe measure corresponding to the violations.

4) A single violation will be subject to only one Disciplinary Measure, regardless of the number of reports received. However, if a User repeatedly commits the same type of violation beyond the maximum level specified in the criteria table, the Company may apply the final-level measure again or impose a Permanent Restriction.

5) The Company may, at its discretion, increase or decrease the severity of a Disciplinary Measure based on the circumstances of the violation. A Warning may be issued without affecting a User's violation history count. However, subsequent violations of a similar nature will be subject to the tiered measures based on the cumulative count. For particularly severe violations that have a significant negative impact on the Game, the highest-level Disciplinary Measure may be applied immediately.

6) The Company may apply the same Disciplinary Measures to any User who conspires with, aids, or abets another User's violation of the Terms and Policies, or who gains an unfair advantage from such a violation.

7) If a User acquires items that were obtained by another User through a violation of the Terms and Policies, the Company may remove such items and perform a Game Data Adjustment on the receiving User's account, even if the receiving User did not directly participate in the initial violation. Furthermore, the account that received the illicit items may be subject to additional Disciplinary Measures in accordance with this Operational Policy. For Example, if a User receives items acquired through violations such as fraud, real-money trading, bug exploitation, gambling, payment fraud, or the use of unauthorized programs, the Company may remove such items and may impose a Temporary or Permanent Restriction on the account that received them.

8) For violations related to account hijacking or trading, the User and their account may be subject to Disciplinary Measures even if the violation was committed by a third party using the User’s account.

Any abuse of the payment process will result in an Emergency Access Restriction. Following an internal investigation, if the act is deemed malicious, a Permanent Restriction may be imposed. If the act is not deemed malicious, the Emergency Access Restriction may be lifted.

10) If a User is found to have violated the Terms and Policies, certain game information, such as their Family, Character, or Guild name, may be publicly disclosed in announcements on the official website or forums.
