📢 Announcement and Collected Information

1) After the event ends, the announcement of the selected Adventurers will be announced on the [Black Desert Mobile Official Website].

2) Personal information will be required that needs to be agreed upon collection to send the prize.

3) If you do not consent to the collection of personal information after the announcement of winners and during the process of delivering the reward, it will be canceled and given to another Adventurer.
4) Selected Adventurers cannot yield their reward to another Adventurer. Adventurers cannot request an exchange for the prize including a monetary prize.

📢 Notice Regarding the Prize
1) If the shipping information has been collected more than once from the same Adventurer, the last shipping information will be applied on the deadline.
2) Prizes and rewards will be sent individually or in batches once selected Adventurers have been verified.
3) Prizes and rewards may be changed to another reward of equal value without prior notice depending on the situation.

※ Prizes and rewards cannot be provided according to a certain country’s circumstances. In such cases, the reward could be changed as in-game reward of equal value.

4) Please note that there could be a delay in reward delivery. Please contact Support for any further questions that may arise.
5) We are not responsible for any losses that may result from participating in the event or in the use of the reward. Any disputes and claims are subject to their relevant statutes.

📢 Event Notices

- Participation is limited to only 1 per individual for this event.

- If you submit multiple entries, only the last entry will count.

- Any inappropriate submissions will be excluded. Furthermore, all offensive comments will be punished in accordance with our [Operation Policy].

- You will be disqualified from the event If you violate our Operations Policy at the time you are selected or from any other restrictions in place.

- Use of inappropriate methods or submissions found to be not your own will result in disqualification.

- If the submitted Family Name is altered before the results are announced, rewards cannot be given out.

- Deleting or moving the post may result in a disqualification after the event ends.

- The evaluation process will not be disclosed and will be conducted internally.
